So there are new requirements coming out for many flame retardants, not only with flame retardancy but also with smoke-free. At the time being, common halogen flame retardant or halogen macromolecules flame retardant materials will release a lot of smoke when burning. It makes smoke-free to be very necessary.
In order to catch the market pace, our company develops XS-XYJ series as PVC synergist. It is chemical modified from inorganic ingredients, we select raw materials strictly and produce it with advanced equipments and processing. It could effectively reduce the smoke density for rigid and soft PVC, has good dispersity for plastic, and no any effects on FR rating and mechanical properties.
It could reduce smoke release in PVC systems and also it match the requirements of ROHS.

It can be used in PVC systems to replace calcium carbonate, suas as PVC cables & wires.
It has good dispersity and good mechanical properties.
For XS-XYJ-1, XS-XYJ-2, XS-XYJ-4, if use them with 10~15% additive amount as per above table, the smoke density could be reduced 20~30%. If also use ACW to replace the rest of calcium carbonate, the smoke density could be reduced 30~40%.
If use XS-XYJ-3 with 2~5% additive amount, and also use ACW to replace the rest of calcium carbonate, the smoke density could be reduced 30~40%.
Packing and storage
25kg/bag, PE bag inside and braided bag outside or paper-plastic bag.
It must be stored in well-ventilated and dry places to avoid damping.
